Download the workbook below to access your 21-day practice plan.
Write down the ‘love enacted habit’ in your plan and each day, notice the opportunities you have to practice. Briefly record what you learn.
After 21 days, reflect on what is changing in your life, and what you want to continue developing. It might be more of the same habit, or you might want to go back to your eight areas of valour and choose another habit. Flourishing is a life-long journey of ongoing participation. We are not striving to reach a finish line!
