Human flourishing is the next frontier of organisational performance.

At Human Flourishing Australia, we don’t just improve wellbeing, we design the conditions for people to develop the capacities to flourish. Thriving organisations are built by thriving people. Together we support you to design an organisation where human beings naturally flourish—and where performance emerges as a consequence.

The most resilient, engaged, and thriving workplace cultures are not built by policies alone. They are created by people. Happier employees are more productive, more engaged, and take fewer sick days. Human flourishing is not just good for people — it’s good for business too.

Our programs equip employees and leaders with practical, research-backed strategies to enhance wellbeing, resilience, engagement, and performance. Covering topics such as the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing, stress management, the neuroscience of happiness, and workplace culture, our programs help create healthier, more connected, and more productive workplaces.

Love in Practice:

Everyday Actions for Workplace Wellbeing

Investment: AUD $590 per workshop, for up to 20 participants

Small actions. Growing capacities.

A practical, facilitated workshop helping staff reflect on their wellbeing, identify the conditions that support them, and choose one everyday practice to strengthen connection and participation at work.

Workplace wellbeing grows through everyday experiences: how we listen, respond, support one another and care for ourselves. This workshop creates space for your team to explore these experiences and turn reflection into practical action. Suitable for staff development days, team sessions and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

What your team will explore

Using Human Flourishing Australia’s Love in Practice framework, participants will:

  • Reflect privately on their wellbeing across eight dimensions.

  • Recognise the relationships and workplace conditions that support their best qualities.

  • Explore love in practice through everyday expressions of care, respect, patience and responsibility.

  • Choose one specific action to practise over the following 21 days.

What participants take away

Each person leaves with a clearer understanding of an area of wellbeing they want to nurture, the conditions that help them, and one achievable practice they can begin immediately.

The team gains shared language for discussing care, connection and everyday responsibility. The planning conversation also considers how leaders can support these practices through the working environment.

Included in your workshop

  • A brief planning conversation with the organiser to understand the team’s needs.

  • A 90-minute workshop facilitated by Skye Sinclair, Founder of Human Flourishing Australia.

  • A digital participant workbook with the eight-dimension wellbeing reflection.

  • A personal 21-day practice plan and daily reflection prompts.

  • A short organiser’s guide with suggestions for supporting participation after the workshop.

A four-week coaching package for business owners and leaders

Small actions. Growing capacities. Healthier ways of working.

The way we lead shapes the conditions in which other people work. Love in Practice helps you recognise your habitual responses, develop the capacities you want to bring to your leadership, and translate them into small, achievable daily actions.

Here, love becomes observable through attentive listening, respectful communication, fair decisions, clear boundaries and consistent follow-through.

Using the Love in Practice Framework, we explore your wellbeing and leadership challenges, identify a priority capacity, and create a practical plan for expressing it in your business.

Your package includes:

  • One 75-minute discovery and leadership mapping session.

  • Three weekly 60-minute individual coaching sessions.

  • A guided reflection across the eight dimensions of wellbeing.

  • A personalised practice map: Habit → Shadow → Capacity → Flourishing State → Love Enacted Practice.

  • A 21-day practice plan focused on one or two achievable actions.

  • One practical workplace experiment

  • A closing review and a next-steps plan.

  • One email check-in each week, with a response within two business days.

Working with Skye has reminded me that you can be deeply professional in your day-to-day activities whilst still showing up with a smile that lights up any space she walks into. We often focus on titles, statistics, and results, but today I realise that beyond all of that (which is also important for many people) what truly makes a difference is feeling that the person in front of you is there with the best attitude to teach you, to share openly, to speak from real experience, and to bring the kind of energy that makes the time worthwhile. Thank you, Skye, for your professionalism and your good vibe.

Organisational Performance: A Living System

A 12-week program

Productivity, leadership, engagement, innovation and wellbeing are often addressed through separate initiatives. Human Flourishing Australia brings them into a shared framework that connects people’s everyday experiences with the way an organisation operates.

An organisation is a living system. Its health is shaped by how people participate: how they communicate, make decisions, respond to pressure, resolve difficulties and support one another.

This program combines leadership coaching, team learning and practical culture design. Using the Love in Practice Framework, participants develop achievable daily practices while leaders examine the organisational conditions that support—or obstruct—those practices.

The work moves from individual awareness into shared action, helping your team build more consistent habits of care, responsibility, trust and contribution.
