Physical: Habits to explore

Exercise, sleep and nutrition. Take care of your body.

What is your body asking for that you may not be listening to or acting upon? How could these help? More energy, vitality, better sleep, improved health and a stronger mind-body connection.

Select ONE of the habits above and click on it to access the shadow, capacity and flourishing state, as well as the Love Enacted Practice for that habit. The shadow is a familiar pattern that can hold you back. The capacity is the ability you will be developing as you practice the habit. The flourishing state describes the way of being you are aiming to grow towards.

Download the workbook below to access your 21-day practice plan.

Write down the ‘love enacted habit’ in your plan and each day, notice the opportunities you have to practice. Briefly record what you learn.

After 21 days, reflect on what is changing in your life, and what you want to continue developing. It might be more of the same habit, or you might want to go back to your Eight dimensions and choose another habit. Flourishing is a life-long journey of ongoing participation. We are not striving to reach a finish line!
