Occupational: Habits to explore
Meaningful work and contribution. Use your gifts.
What would help you feel more alive, engaged and meaningfully connected to what you do? How could these help? Greater purpose, engagement, creativity and satisfaction in what you do.
Select ONE of the habits above, scroll down to access the shadow, capacity and flourishing state, as well as the Love Enacted Practice for that habit. The shadow is a familiar pattern that can hold you back. The capacity is the ability you will practice developing. The flourishing state describes the way of being you hope to grow towards.

Choose one practice from the habits above that resonates with you.
Download the workbook below to access your 21-day practice plan.
Write down the ‘love enacted habit’ in your plan and each day, notice the opportunities you have to practice. Briefly record what you learn.
After 21 days, reflect on what is changing in your life, and what you want to continue developing. It might be more of the same habit, or you might want to go back to your Eight dimensions and choose another habit. Flourishing is a life-long journey of ongoing participation. We are not striving to reach a finish line!
